Return , refunds& exchange policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction, however if you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange your item(s).

If you decide to return a purchase you have 2 choices: a refund or exchange.  All items must be returned within 20 working days from our ship date. (This will be on the packing slip).  Items returned 21-60 days receive credit only with no returns accepted after 60 days from invoice date.
All items must be in their original packages, tags attached and in addition all panties, thongs & briefs must be in unbroken sealed packages.  In compliance with hygiene laws, all items returned must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags attached.  Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer incurring new additional shipping charges.

Shipping fees are not refundable.  If you received free shipping and are returning items our shipping and handling fees will be assessed and will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
If an item is prepackaged open with caution. Packages ripped, torn or not in original condition cannot be accepted due to the fact that they cannot be resold as new.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return to insure proper credit is given.

We recommend insured mail when making returns.

Note our return, refund/exchange policy does not apply to  clearance items or hosiery. They are final sale items.

When trying on your new lingerie items remember not to wear perfume, deodorant or lotions they may stain therefore making the items non returnable.  Items with a crotch must be tried on over your own panties.

If we receive an item we feel has not met our hygiene criteria we reserve the right to refuse the item. We reserve this right for any item we feel does not meet the return/exchange guidelines.

If a package is refused or unclaimed by the customer and retuned to us we will issue a store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee in addition to the shipping and handling fees. 

Fripperies ltd is not responsible for manufacturing defects or damage caused by customer error.  However we will exchange items deemed defective by the manufacturer.

Orders shipped outside the USA may be subjected to customs duties and or taxes based on the destination country.  The customer is responsible for this additional payment.
