Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: If you decide to return a purchase you have 2 choices; a refund or exchange. All items must be returned within 20 working days from our ship date. (this will be on the packing slip) All items must be in their original packages, tags attached and in addition, all panties, thongs and briefs must be in unbroken sealed packages. 

Your refund/exchange will proceed after inspection of the returned items. Returns may be exchanged for even priced items, but new ship charges will be incurred.  On items of different pricing, it is best to request a refund and submit a whole new order.

For an easy exchange or refund:

1. Use the return form you found in your order box.
2. State what you are returning , reason and submit refund/replacement instructions
3. Making sure all original tags are in place & panty seals are not broken, enclose return instruction form, seal package and return freight prepaid to Fripperies ltd. 15 W. Main St, Mystic, CT 06355. Sorry but no COD packages will be accepted. 

We recommend taking out insurance on all returns for you protection. It will ensure safety and a record of your shipment. Refunds for items purchase by credit card will be refunded to original card.  Refunds by check or money order will be refunded by check mailed to you. P lease reference order number when making returns.

There will be no refunds on gift wrapping charges. Or original shipping charges (see exception)

Shipping charges: 

Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all costs in the returning of items.

Exception:  For incorrect orders only.  If we inadvertently mailed you the wrong item you will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges. 

Reimbursement of original ship charge will be given only if no replacement item will be sent to you, and it was the only item you ordered.  If you request the correct item be mailed you will not be charged a second ship charge.
